Both are legit; it’s a tradeoff.

Wired suits tether to a base unit. Generally cheaper, and often very reliable since power and signal are constant. The downside is the cable limits how freely you can move.

Wireless suits use an onboard battery and Bluetooth. You get full range of movement (nice if you like to move around during sessions), at a higher price, plus batteries to charge and eventually replace.

Quick guide: if budget and rock-solid consistency matter most and you’re fine training in a smaller space, wired is great. If freedom of movement is a priority and you’ll pay for it, wireless. Neither changes the core EMS effect — it’s about convenience and cost. What’s your setup like?
