Paradox Affiliates operates EMSsuits.com as an independent affiliate and editorial entity. Paradox Affiliates shares common ownership with TitanBody, a manufacturer of EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) training suits, but the two are separate and distinct legal entities. Where TitanBody products are featured, reviewed, or compared on this Site, this common ownership creates a financial interest in addition to any standard affiliate commission we may earn — see Section 6 below. We disclose this relationship so you can evaluate our content with full context. This Site’s Terms govern EMSsuits.com only, and not any product manufacturer’s own website, which is governed by that company’s own terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of EMSsuits.com is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Paradox Affiliates regarding use of EMSsuits.com, and supersede any prior agreements.

19. Assignment

We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms at our discretion, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.
