TitanBody is a U.S.-based brand that entered the market in 2025 with a focus on making whole-body EMS more accessible for at-home training. The brand centers around workout independence, giving users more control over how and where they incorporate EMS into their routines rather than limiting the experience to a studio setting.
TitanBody has quickly built a positive reputation among its customers, particularly for its hands-on customer service and straightforward approach to EMS. The brand continues to expand within the at-home EMS space while focusing on convenience, customization, and giving users more ownership over their training experience.
Editor's Take
TitanBody is a premium wireless dry EMS system designed to make whole-body EMS easy to use at home. The form-fitting suit uses dry electrodes that sit directly against your skin, so there are no conductive base layers to put on or electrodes to spray down before training. You put the suit on, connect the Power Box, open the app, and get started.
Your purchase includes the TitanBody suit, Power Box, battery, charger, wash bag, user manual, and access to the app. There are no subscription fees, which is important when you’re already investing nearly $2,000 into an EMS system. TitanBody also provides tutorials and real customer support if you need help getting started.
There isn’t much of a catch from a usability standpoint. The one thing we’d change is that you can’t operate the app without connecting the Power Box, but a part from that small drawback, TitanBody is an impressionable brand that hears what users want, sees what the EMS community needs, and applies it. No if, ands, or buts.
We’ll cover everything you need to know about what you’re getting into when you purchase a TitanBody, from the suit, app, and price, to shipping, returns, warranty, and what owners are saying. Ultimately, you can decide whether TitanBody is something you’ll actually be happy you bought.
The TitanBody Dry EMS Suit uses 20 stimulation zones across 10 independently controlled channels to activate each muscle group, including the legs (quadriceps and hamstrings), glutes, abs (abdominal and oblique), back (latissimus dorsi and trapezius), arms (biceps and triceps), and chest (pectrols). Through the app, you can adjust different areas of the body separately, which means your legs can be at a higher intensity than your arms or abs if that’s what feels right for you.
One of its biggest advantages is how little preparation it requires. The electrodes work directly against your skin, so there’s no base layer or water involved. The brand recommends starting a little workout to get a little sweat going to enhance the connectivity, but warmups are something you’re supposed to be doing either way to avoid injury. After your brief warm up, you’re ready to start your 20 to 30-minute EMS workout.
Fit matters because those dry electrodes need consistent skin contact. TitanBody uses your measurements to determine the appropriate size, and the suit should feel snug. Many have raved about how TitanBody does an exceptional job with finding the right size for you to ensure you have an effective workout. Furthermore, if you lose weight, TitanBody also offers a first-year resizing program. How many brands do you know do that?
The TitanBody app gives you complete control of what you’re getting out of your workout. It lets you independently control stimulation levels throughout the suit and includes 12 preset training programs, with the option to create your own. You can adjust the stimulation around your body and incorporate the suit into compatible strength, cardio, or bodyweight workouts instead of having every session dictated to you.
There’s also no subscription. Once you’ve bought the system, you don’t need another monthly payment to continue using its app features.
Our only real complaint, which was stated prior, is that the app depends on the Power Box. You can’t properly operate it without connecting the hardware. But it’s only a minor inconvenience and doesn’t ruin the TitanBody experience.
The original TitanBody Dry EMS Suit currently starts at $1,895.
And before thinking it’s a steep price tag, understand that it’s a one-time payment for everything, from the suit to the app. Other brands require a monthly subscription in addition to the suit price. And the brands that don’t require a subscription limits system usage. Also, you’re paying once for the ability to train at home without studio appointments, per-session costs, wet electrodes, or conductive clothing. For someone planning to use the suit consistently, we’d look at the long-term cost and convenience rather than the purchase price alone.
TitanBody offers free shipping, and after ordering, you’ll submit your measurements so the company can determine your suit size.
Take those measurements carefully. With a dry EMS suit, fit affects more than comfort. We’ve repeated this, but it’s crucial, the electrodes need direct skin contact, so intentionally choosing a looser fit can affect the stimulation you’re paying for.
Once it arrives, we’d recommend trying everything relatively quickly. Make sure the suit fits correctly, connect the Power Box, test the stimulation, and get comfortable with the app while you’re still well within the return period.
TitanBody currently provides a 30-day return period. We recommend you keep the box until you’re completely sure you’re keeping the system.
The suit itself has a one-year limited warranty, while the Power Box has a three-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Customer service comes up repeatedly in several online reviews. Owners describe getting quick responses and reaching real people when they need help.
The workout experience gets similarly strong feedback. Customers praise the stimulation, ability to adjust intensity, dry setup, suit quality, and freedom to use TitanBody with different types of exercise. Owners have mentioned using it alongside cycling, rowing, bodyweight exercises, cardio, and resistance training.
One experienced EMS user specifically preferred not having to wet the suit or wear a base layer, while another who had previously trained with studio EMS praised TitanBody’s consistent stimulation and intensity control.
There are also customers reporting improvements in strength, muscle tone, weight, and body composition. Those are individual experiences rather than results everyone should expect, but they do show that owners are incorporating the suit into their routines consistently enough to report meaningful changes.
One customer’s weight loss actually caused his suit to become too loose for some electrodes to maintain proper contact. That’s worth knowing with any fitted dry EMS suit, but TitanBody’s first-year resizing program gives owners a solution if their body size changes significantly.
That’s what ultimately makes TitanBody compelling. It removes a lot of the little inconveniences that can make at-home EMS harder to stick with. There’s no water, base layer, studio appointment, or subscription to worry about. You can use it with the workouts you already enjoy, adjust the stimulation around your body, and reach an actual person if you need help.
TitanBody™ suits are completely wireless and dry, meaning there are no cords, conductive base layers, or electrodes to wet before training. Simply put on the suit, connect the Power Box, and you're ready to move freely and get started.
After training, simply remove the Power Box, fold the suit up and put it in the provided wash bag, wash on delicate with cold water only, and then hang to dry out of direct sunlight.
The TitanBody™ app gives you control over your EMS experience, allowing you to independently adjust stimulation levels across different muscle groups, customize your training settings, and save personalized presets for future workouts.
The TitanBody™ Power Box fully charges in about 30 minutes and provides enough battery life for up to 20 training sessions, so there's less downtime between workouts.

We highly recommend TitanBody to those who value workout independence, meaning controlling their stimulation levels and doing their own workouts. It has extensive muscle coverage from the upper body down through the legs, but more importantly, it gives you the freedom to make EMS work around you rather than the other way around.
If we’re spending this much on a fitness system, that’s what we’d want: something we can put on, use with the workouts we already enjoy, and continue reaching for without a complicated routine attached to it. TitanBody also gives us confidence because the customer experience seems to match what the company promises, particularly when it comes to support and long-term usability.
Out of all of the EMS brands out there, TitanBody feels like the one worth investing in and using, especially when adding longevity in the equation, which is ultimately why we’d recommend it.
