Every suit’s app is a little different, but the first-session flow is basically the same:

1. Get the fit right. The suit should be snug so every electrode sits flat against skin over the target muscle. Loose spots mean weak or uneven stimulation.

2. Prep the electrodes. Wet-electrode suits need a dampened base layer (or spraying the pads); dry-electrode suits go against bare skin and use your natural moisture. Follow your suit’s instructions here — it matters for comfort and conduction.

3. Power up and pair. Turn on the control unit or battery and connect it in the app over Bluetooth.

4. Start LOW. Bring each muscle group up gradually to a firm-but-comfortable contraction, not your max. First sessions should feel easy on purpose.

5. Move lightly during the impulses (small squats, presses, holds) and stay hydrated.

Which suit are you setting up? People here can get more specific.
