For most people the sweet spot is 1–2 sessions per week — around 1.5x per week is what produced significant results in the studies. Not daily.

WB-EMS recruits a lot of muscle very intensely in 20 minutes, so your muscles need real recovery between sessions — think of it like a hard strength workout, not a daily habit. After the first conditioning weeks, leaving about four days between high-intensity sessions is a good rule.

Doing it every day doesn’t speed results; it mostly raises your risk of overuse and muscle damage. Light, low-intensity EMS can be used a bit more often for recovery, but a hard session is its own training day.
