EMSsuits.com is an informational website publishing articles, brand reviews, and educational content related to the EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) industry. We do not sell products or process payments directly.
Paradox Affiliates, which operates EMSsuits.com, shares common ownership with TitanBody, a manufacturer of EMS training suits. This Policy applies to data collected through EMSsuits.com only, and not to any data collected directly by TitanBody or other manufacturers through their own websites or products, which is governed by their own privacy policies.
We may participate in affiliate programs and receive compensation when visitors click links to third-party brands or make purchases through those links. This does not affect the cost to you.
IV. What Data We Collect and Why
- Contact Form. We collect your first and last name, email address, subject, and message content, to respond to your inquiry. Processed based on your consent.
- Newsletter & Email List. If you subscribe, we collect your name and email address to send updates, content recommendations, and promotional information. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email or by contacting hello@emssuits.com. Processed based on your consent.

- California Residents (CCPA/CPRA). California residents may have the right to know what personal information is collected, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA. We do not sell personal information for money.
